Rules on bonuses / cash-back

1. All deposit bonuses will be automatically credited to the player upon successful deposit.

2. Cancellation of a bonus by players can be done by contacting support 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. The bonus can be canceled until the player has made a single bet.

3. If a player does not wish to receive an automatic bonus through the system, he can do so by contacting 24/7 support.

4. Wagering requirements are applied only to your bonus amount.

4.1 Note that the wagering requirements are 50 for slot machines. They are 50 for table games (Blackjack and Video Poker).

4.2 The use of the "Bonus Hunt" technique (technique which consists of recovering a maximum of bonuses on a maximum of slot machines and opening them when the balance is at zero) is strictly prohibited with the use of our deposit bonuses.

Warning: Bonuses credited by the casino are not accepted on roulette games, under penalty of cancellation of winnings.

5. Withdrawal of money excluding the bonus amount can be done only after the player has fulfilled all wagering requirements.

5.1  Bonuses or cashback on deposits obtained with coupon offers are deducted from withdrawals. The casino always reclaims the bonus or cashback money.

6. If the player's balance reaches 0, their bonus balance and wagering requirements will be reset.

7. The Casino reserves the right to cancel the bonus amount which has not been used within 15 days (or as specified in the Bonus Terms and Conditions).

8. The discovery bonus is only granted once per person, household, family, postal address, e-mail address, credit card number or shared computer such as a library, workplace, siblings, university or school. The casino reserves the right to void any winnings from this bonus. And the game session will be considered void.

9. It is strictly forbidden to receive cash back or bonus if you have a pending withdrawal in your account. Breaking this rule will result in the cancellation of your win. It is the player's responsibility not to ask.

10. All withdrawals will be subject to verification by the Casino. In the event of abuse or obvious fraud, the casino reserves the right to recover the bonus or all of the winnings as well as to close an account if necessary.

11. When a player starts using a bonus on the slots, the wagering requirements must be completed on the slots. Similarly, if a player starts playing their bonus on the table games then the wagering requirements must be completed on the table games.

11.1 Any game manipulation, unethical behavior, or use of strategies aimed at generating biased winnings, whether on slot machines or table games, including but not limited to progressive betting systems (positive or negative), the Martingale technique, the Paroli Betting System, the Reverse Labouchere, etc., that result in a gain will lead to the annulment of such gain.

12. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all abusive play winnings and bonuses. “Abusive Gambling” may include, among other things:
Placing bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of your last deposit (or free bonus or cashback) credited to the player's account.
For example, if you make a deposit of EUR 25, the maximum bet will be EUR 7.49. If the player makes higher bets, then the winnings will be considered forfeited and the deposit amount will be credited back to the player.

13. The maximum withdrawal allowed when winning with a deposit bonus is 20x (20 times) the deposit amount.

14. The maximum withdrawal allowed in case of winning with a cashback (received at the time of deposit) is 20x (20 times) the cashback amount. In this case, it is an unconditional bonus.

15. The maximum authorized withdrawal in case of winning with a cashback (received once the balance is less than 1.00 EUR) is 20x (20 times) the amount of the cashback.

16. The maximum authorized withdrawal for a new player is 500 euros up to a deposit limit of 500 euros.

16.1. In addition, a player who has deposited an amount that does not exceed 500 euros during the last 3 months, will be authorized to make a maximum withdrawal of 500 euros.

16.2. Similarly, a player who has deposited an amount that does not exceed 1000 euros in the last 6 months will be authorized to make a maximum withdrawal of 1000 euros.

16.3. Similarly, a player who has deposited an amount that does not exceed 100 euros during the last 30 days, will be authorized to make a maximum withdrawal of 3 times the amount of his last deposit.

16.4 Similarly, any deposit equal to or greater than 500 euros will be subject to limited conditions in the event of a cashback gain.

16.5 The minimum deposit to receive deposit conditions (bonus or cashback) is €25. In addition, if the player makes a deposit less than 25th the maximum payout allowed will be 20 times the deposit amount.

17. A player cannot receive cash back or free bonus if he has a pending withdrawal. It is the player's responsibility not to request his cashback or free bonus during a withdrawal in progress. All winnings generated and withdrawals requested prior to a cashback or free bonus request while the player has a pending withdrawal request may be cancelled, deducted or refused by the Casino.

Free Bonus / Welcome Bonus

The Casino offers free bonuses to its most fervent players as well as to its new registrants to promote its establishment.

1. The maximum withdrawal amount in case of winning is 3x (3 times) the bonus amount. Any funds exceeding this amount will be automatically deleted upon withdrawal.
